About Us

HD3 is a successful and vibrant business with Owner Heather Olen, full-time Operations Manager Stacey Dalpe, Staff Accountant Angela Nummy and our Office Manager Jenna Sarosi.  HD3 offers services ranging from customer service, calendar/scheduling management, bookkeeping, documentation, PowerPoint presentations and more.  We pride ourselves on being a full-service administrative business, for all businesses, no matter how small or where located.

Our goals for the future of HD3 are to continue to find new and innovative ways to support businesses and all their administrative needs, create and simulate an atmosphere of having their own on-site office staff, handling every aspect of their operations, without the added costs of office space, office equipment, training or the owner’s professional time.

Having three full-time and several part-time people with varied expertise available will allow HD3 to offer businesses a total virtual office.  Heather knows about running a business alone – the personal and financial costs – and the time it takes to manage it all.  She understands the needs of the small business owner and has made it her personal mission to find ways to fill those needs, in a cost-effective and efficient model.

Our Team

Heather Olen


 Owner, Heather,  started off as an executive assistant for a mortgage company ten years ago, and transitioned to an operations manager. She then transitioned to the controller position with a multi-state company, and she truly enjoyed this job as it stretched her. She then went on to be a controller for a huge health insurance company and that was not what she was meant to do. She is more of a small business person, meaning she love to know who she is working with. She is not someone who can work in corporate, it’s just not where her heart is. She is currently finishing her masters in forensic accounting, and will be a certified fraud examiner at the end of next year. She also was just accepted to the Harvard School of Business entrepreneurship program starting at the beginning of 2019. She is engaged to a wonderful man named John, has a beautiful 5 year old little boy named Declan, and a puppy named Deacon. She love to run and she just completed her first marathon.  

Stacey Dalpe


Operations Manager, Stacey Dalpe, who has been with the business since January 2012, is Heather's “good right arm,” handling most aspects of the business.  She provides top-notch customer service and can resolve nearly any problem as it happens.  Stacey has over 20 years of business experience as a hair stylist, customer service representative, account executive and director of a high-volume call center.  She has managed up to eight direct-report employees, along with managing five off-site locations with full staff at each location.  She has strong organizational, troubleshooting, problem-solving, time-management, communication and presentation skills.  Stacey studied for her Series 6 certification while working for a large financial company where she also learned insurance writing.  She has also provided moderate tech support and project-managed a VOIP phone system for 75 users in six offices.

At home, Stacey enjoys attending her teenage son’s many sporting events, their two dogs and large family gatherings.  The family also likes to hike, travel, go snowmobiling and visit new restaurants.  Organic gardening and cooking are also among Stacey’s favorite pastimes.

Angela Nummy


Sr. Staff Accountant, Angela Nummy, is a small business accounting professional and provides bookkeeping services to EOS clients.  She is diligent, organized and knowledgeable and a valuable member of the EOS staff.  Angela has an Associate of Science degree in business administration from Quinsigamond Community College and and a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from Assumption College.  She has over 10 years of experience in tax work, primarily individual tax prep, which she loves, as well as corporate returns and representation.  Angela has worked as a staff accountant, providing a full suite of accounting services to sole proprietors and corporations.  She has also worked as the office manager at a public golf course, while serving as our Staff Accountant.

When Angela isn’t working, her first priority is family.  She spends as much time with them as possible.  She also enjoys running, gardening and winter sports, and goes to the ocean with her daughter often.

Jenna Sarosi


Office Manager, Jenna, right, is a team player with a commitment to customer service, who possesses a long track record of working in various administrative roles, coupled with good PC skills and the ability to communicate confidently at all levels. Jenna has a highly organized approach, plenty of initiative and a genuine desire to contribute to the ongoing success of your office. At the end of May she will have a certificate in entrepreneurship and small business management, she values working with small businesses and building relationships with those she works with.

When Jenna isn’t working, she can be found at home with her husband and daughter and their lovely animals. She has a passion for photography and loves to cook for family and friends.
